July Challenge

Hello and Happy July to you! Hope your June was filled with wonderful summer times. In Ireland all schools are on holidays, which is joyous. In usual fashion, we had a heat wave the last few weeks of school, and now that the holidays are here, the weather is a little, how would I put it, wetter!!

August Challenge - Photo Inspiration

Hello, and happy Friday to you! Hope the summer where you are is better than the Irish one, it has been a bit of a wash out so far. Here's hoping the remainder of the month improves.

Thank you so much to everyone who took part in our July's challenge. We were thrilled to see so many beautiful creations. With a lot of effort and decisions our DT came up with -

This months challenge is a photo inspiration challenge.

It is my (Eithne's) garden, which is the wild side of the garden! I discovered a bees nest under the flower bed in against the wall, so it was abandoned this summer! Despite the lack of attention, the beautiful green ferns against the purple wall always lifts the garden, even on the wet day, of which this summer we have a lot! You can interpret the picture any way you like - a garden, the colours, the flowers, the wildness etc etc. but you will be disqualified if you look for the weeds! (only kidding ;) )
