 After a break for a few months at the end of 2023, Incy Wincy Designs is back with a new challenge.  This year, we won't have sponsors but we will be keeping with the two themes.  To start the year off, our challenge themes are New and/or Let's Celebrate.

 The challenge at CRAFT for this fortnight had two themes so I am making one using each of them.  This time I have used the Family Theme.  I still have the Baby Themed one to complete.

I have used two digital papers - the tulip one is from Create with TLC and the other floral one is from Peppercus Designs.  The image is from Ching-Chou Kuik and the sentiment is from Netty's Cards.  Colouring is with copic markers and Wink of Stella.  The edges of the sentiment die-cut have been inked with Distress Ink.   I also added a butterfly and a flower sticker as well as some grosgrain ribbon.
