Crochet Owl Hat!

My Friend is having a baby girl in the middle of October. Her theme for the nursery is Owls. I made her this crochet Owl hat. I found a free pattern online but I had to modify it for the newborn size.

Trendy Twine Guest Design

I am so excited to be a part of Trendy Twine's challenge this month. When I found out that I would be a guest designer for Trendy Twine and that the challenge this month was "Just another day at the beach" themed I knew exactly what I wanted to make. I have been dying to try to crochet a starfish. So I grabbed TT's Krazy for Kraft twine and 10 minutes later I had this:

We went to our friend's wedding on Saturday and these sand dollars were part of their theme. I was totally inspired to use them.
I think they add the perfect balance to my card.

Back from the Abyss!

Hello All!
I am finally back in the blog world. When my computer died in April I had to stop all blogging and drop from all of my Design Teams. :( Then my husband and I recently moved so all crafting was put on hold. Now that we are settled into the new house and my new computer has been installed I can finally start crafting again. YEA!!!
I hope to have many wonderful projects for you soon.
