I have never ever in my whole life heard of Steam Punk...I mean I know who Sid Vicious was and all of that... But Steam Punk? Clueless. Well, Then Sweet Pea Stamps offered this gorgeous stamp and I am ALL OVER THIS TREND! I even have an embossing folder that has that theme (which I used for this card). OH... and then i found some DP that matched and when i sanded it... the clocks showed up even better! i LOVE when that happens!!! I love the whole mechanical look of this image. I colored it with watercolors, gel and glitter pens and I had these brads that fit the theme perfectly. you can go to Sweet Pea Stamps and Check them out... Again, It is Brigid Ashwood Sheet 4 Plate 105...Thanks for popping in!

... This was easy... the Die Cuts R Us Blog had a great challenge on their blog to used Christmas Leftovers in your project. I have a TON of leftovers... from MANY Christmas projects... so it was fun to use them in a productive way! I used A Miss Anya Stamp from The Greeting Farm and used my Copic Markers to color her in! Then I added liquid applique and stickles to her boots and coat for a sparkly fluffy look! I used some fun felt snowflakes that I had. I didn't have green... so I used my copic markers to color one the color I needed. Problem Solved!I had some awesome brads that matched the paper and some lace and ribbon that went really well with my card... so on it went! I stickled everything and stamped the sentiment and I am really pleased with the way this card came out. Please be sure to check out the Die Cuts R Us Blog to play along with this challenge and the Die Cuts R Us store see all of the awesome products that they carry ... AWESOME one stop shopping! Bring on the Bling! With WOODWARE USA...
That is our Challenge for this week. Bling it up! I stamped and embossed the butterflies and then I painted them with Shimmerz! Good thing I am a fan and have like every color because I used alot of them! Then I used Log Cabin Smooch Spritz for the embossed square panel... and that is shimmery too! The flowers have glittery brads on them and I had to quit there otherwise... this card would have been totally crazy with glitter and bling!

He Will Be Here Sooner Than You Think!!!
This stamp cracked me up when I saw it! I think I was the only kid that was TERRIFIED of the Jolly Fat Man... and would NOT go near him at all!!! Forget bribing me with presents, candy or any of that. I still get a little freaked at the mall...so, I can totally relate to this stamp! I stamped the Santa hat in the background and colored the top of it in with a red copic marker. Then I stamped the saying and mounted it on green... and added the poinsettias. Quick, simple and FLAT to mail! Check out the NEW RELEASE of DRS Stamps here and thanks for popping in!!!

Sunday Scrolls Work Stamps Show Off!
Haa Haa! I love the look on the little ANGEL'S face and I thought the phrase was perfect for her!!!This is a Scrolls Work Photo stamp and they are amazing! The stamp looks like nothing... and then you ink it and stamp it and viola... it looks like a black and white photo. It is like magic every time I stamp with them!
This is another example of the Photo Stamps. Ya Know... sometimes ... you NEED a BITE ME card! I stamped this guy in what else... CHOCOLATE and then I used the scallop punch for the ... well... BITE!
I really thought his face needed a googly eye and the ribbon and brad are chocolate as well...FUN!!
I made this card by watercoloring the background first. Then I stamped the girl and her "baby" onto another piece of paper and colored them in and cut them out and added them to the scene. I loved the way the ribbon went with the sky and added some sparkle. I used a wax dot that I heated up with my heat tool and stamped a shell stamp, also from Scrolls Work onto it and let it cool. When I removed it, the image was in the wax... Cool, no? My daughter thought it was peanut butter!!! (LOL)
Stay tuned because I just got a TON of new Scrolls Work stamps and Will be creating some fun Christmas ans Halloween designs with them ! Thanks for stoppin in!
