Y'all... is IS precious!!! I stamped him 3 times and cut him out. then, I brayered a background and adhered him onto the cardstock. next, I used my white gel pen for highlights and added some cute little cheeks on this PRECIOUS little guy. I mounted the whole thin onto black cardstock and added the greeting and here is my card! Halloween Party Invite... DRS Style.

I love love love this stamp. What a super fun Halloween party invite!
I brayered the background on NON glossy card stock and this is what I got...so I KNEW this stamp would be perfect on this background! I stamped the image and then I colored the cauldron in with a glossy black embossing pen. For the moon, I punched a circle on scrap card stock and sponged gold ink and then removed the mask. I decided that the sky was a little bit empty... so I knew that bats were in order... and here is my card! Quick enough to make a lot of them for a huge Halloween party... but a great looking invite just the same... and that is what it is all about... right! Thanks for popping in!

Paper Makeup Flower Silhouette Sneak

For my card, i used the flower silhouette that,to me, looks like a sunflower. And that made me think about a sunflower under the moon! So I stamped the flower and embossed it with gold and then I brayered the background. it left a white edge around the flower, but on glossy cardstock, you can just blend it with a sponge. Then I added the grass and the small flowers from the same set to the card after the brayering was dry. I punched the edges and added the HOPE sentiment to the bottom of my card and then decked it out with dew drops. Please be sure to come back for the blog hop tomorrow for the biggest and the most diverse release we have ever seen at Paper Makeup! Thanks for stopping in!

SPOOKY CORNFIELD!!!!!

I made this card with stamps from DRS designs. I used my brayer and a spectrum pad for the background. I brayered the sky on glossy cardstock then inked the edges in black. I stamped the tombstone on grey cardstock and cut them out and inked them for some texture. I stamped the cornstalks onto the glossy cardstock. Be careful when doing this... glossy cardstock can be slippery!!! Just stamp up and down...dont wiggle or rock the stamp... it will not have a crisp image. I arranged the tombstones on the cardsock and them trimmed the edges off. I used pop dots on the one in front. I used my white gel pen for some highlights and added black dots around the outside of the card...for fun!
I stuck the bat on with glue dots... he is sparkly and adds just the right SCARY touch! (and puls... I am pretty batty myself!!!) Hope you like it!
