Challenge # 30: Fall Colors

Good Morning and Welcome Back for our Weekly Challenge.

The beginning of school has been an exciting time of year for many. Lots of smiles just like Maisie. Here is our card of the week by Pat.

This week's challenge is preparing us for the next season...Autumn. Since I live in Florida we do not see or feel too many changes, but I remeber when I lived up North the trees were absolutely beautiful as the leaves began to change color. The reds, oranges and yellows are a sight you do not forget.

Challenge 29: "Teacher" Showcase

What a super busy week it has been for everyone this week. Between parents getting their children ready for school, kids either heading back or getting ready to go to school for a new year, and/or teachers preparing lessons for their well-rested students, it has been a whirlwind end of the month.

Although we haven't had too many submissions this week, I still wanted to showcase a card I thought was perfect. This is what a teacher looks like at the beginning of the year. Be sure to come back again for another picture of what he will look like later. I am sure he will be slightly frazzled. : )

Challenge 28: "Kids" Showcase

Can you believe it is that time of year? Summer has flown by and kids are everywhere getting ready to go back to school. Our Meet the Teacher is today, so I am going to see all types of kids.  Today is going to be very exciting.

First, I would like to say THANK YOU to Cheryl of Cards by CG for being our first guest. Her tire swing tent card is FABULOUS! She always has amazing projects and she does so many of them with her boys. If you haven't checked out her designs, please do. You will be quite impressed with her versatility.

There have been so many wonderful projects that have been submitted this week and we still have a few more days that you may enter this challenge. I want to take this opportunity to "showcase" a couple cards that we thought were kid friendly.
