Hi Everyone!

Its been awhile, I know!
Life has just been busy with the kids and life
but I am still crafting but not blogging as much.

Today, I am back though sharing a card I made to let Helen from the Trendy Twine Design Team know she is loved and appreciated.

Helen and I were on the Trendy Twine Design Team for a few years and she is still a current team member! That's dedication!!

Thank you Helen for all you inspiration,
time and hard work!

Now for the card I made for Helen:

For the card, I used Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine. I love the two pinks and the white together. I made a template with a heart die cut and just used the center as the focal point of the Twine heart.

Then I added the panel with the heart to a pink floral card base. Then I die cut a 'hello' from an Impression Obsession die, several time and adhered them together for some dimension. Next, I added that to the bottom of the card and put some sparkle on the hello with some stardust stickles.
Finally, I finished the card with a few enamel hearts.

Thanks for stopping by and make sure to check out the Trendy Twine blog for all the projects featured today to celebrate Helen!

Have a wonderful day!

Hi Everyone!!
Today I am sharing a project as a Guest Designer for Die Cuttin Divas.

I decided to make a box card using the Box Card Die from Pink & Main Stamps, some stamp sets and dies from My Favorite Things- the Magical Dragons, Make a Wish, and Beary Special Birthday stamp and coordinating dies.
My husband loves dragons and his birthday is this month so this challenge was just perfect. Besides, I don't know about you but I can always use Birthday cards.

I started out with green cardstock from Bazzill for the card base, then I used the Dragon Tails 6x6 patterned paper from Doodlebug Designs to decorate the panels. Next, I stamped and copic colored the Dragons, presents and balloons then I was able to assemble the card. Finally, when I had everything in place for the box card, I added the sentiment from Make a Wish and framed it with some blue cardstock.

I hope you like my card and are able to join the fun Die Cutting Divas Challenge.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Hi Everyone!!
Today, a few Trendy Twine Design Team Alumni, Guest Designers and the current Design Team members are wishing Lesley, the fearless leader of Annie's Paper Boutique and Trendy Twine, a Happy, Happy Birthday!!!

For my card, I made a Trendy Twine rainbow
for Lesley's card.

To start my Trendy Twine stitched rainbow, I took several Circle dies and lightly traced them in pencil about a quarter of an inch apart on a white cardstock stitched rectangle. Then pierced the holes with my paper piercer and just eyeballed this. Then I went ahead and hand stitched each line with an embroidery needle. Then I took a white card base and added some of the rainbow hearts from the Fairy Tales collection by Doodlebug Design. I foam mounted the rectangle panel then added the sentiment from the paper stack. I used a die cut heart and cloud from the collection, as well. Then I finished the card off with some epoxy hearts from Doodlebug that matched.

Birthday cards and projects.
Don't forget to wish LESLEY a Happy Birthday!!

Hi Everyone!!
Happy National Cardmaking Day!!
Today, I am sharing a card that I made as a
swap with my Crafty BFF, Stacey.
Make sure to visit her blog!
We used the same sketch and stamp company,
Gerda Steiner Designs for this swap.

Here is the sketch:

Here is the card I made with the sketch.

I used the "You're Koalafied" stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs. The image is colored with Copic markers and I added some white gel pen accents. The card base is Neenah Solar white 100# cardstock and the patterned paper is Fun and Frolic 6x6 from My Favorite Things. I added some various enamel dots. The sentiment is stamped in Versafine Onyx black ink and heat embossed in clear.

Thanks for stopping by!
I hope you have a wonderfully Crafty day!
