... as you know, I haven't been blogging half as much as I normally would.
I just popped on over to Bloglovin', to check out you girls' and your new
posts, & felt myself thinking that I'm finding the whole social media thing
with scrapping a bit of a chore right now.
Which is not like me. But I HAVE been blogging and commenting for years
so I'm thinking I might take a bit of a break.
I'm still loving my scrapping ~ & was blessed to get an email from
Scrapbooking Memories [Australian] magazine accepting 8 layouts
for publication last week.
I'm not sure what's going on with me. But I'm going with what I feel.
There is a little guilt attached here, cos a lot of you have become quite
close friends & this is how I connect with you!
But I'm on Messenger, so feel free to contact me if you want a chat &
a catch-up:)
I didn't want to just 'disappear' from view....but I think for now I'll just
stick with my Happy Mail & give the rest a rest!!!!

Hi Lizzy! I totally understand about how you feel - it has happened to me and I don't blog and post near as much as I used to. So take care of YOU and if you feel like you want to scrap, do it for fun and not as a chore. Sending HUGS and blessings right back at you. ReplyDeleteCongrats on all the acceptances for publication Lizzy. Sorry to read that you are finding it all a bit 'meh' at the moment. Understandable though, with the amount of loving support you've provided for years. It can be demanding and it's good that you've decided to take time out to 'Smell the Roses'. There is a time for every season under heaven. Thanks for all the ways you have encouraged and supported me, with warm, wise and witty words. Your kindness has touched my heart. ReplyDeleteoh no.. sob sob... how can I go on without you?? sob sob.. thank you for all the inspiration and friendship you have given to me... well the friendship will go on forever I am just being a bit dramatic... was it working??? naa didnt think it was very convincing... seriously... i will miss your blog posts and seeing your creations.. so make sure it isnt for too long hey!!!??? love each of these layouts, and I reckon you will continue to create.. ReplyDeleteDo what makes you happy Lizzy and if a break from it all is what you need then take it and don't feel one minute of guilt. Sometimes we just need to do what feels right for us. Love your pages but then again I always do :)
