STRIPEY SWEET TREAT

It has been a while, but after our MIA stint we are back! Life caught up with us in a very hectic fashion recently and boy did it knock us over. We have some very exciting arrivals joining the Nutcrafters and I don't mean stamps ...! Both myself and Colette are expecting our first babies early next year and despite the exhaustion, we are extremely excited :)

We have another great challenge and prize over at our Nutshells blog this week, its a nice and easy one too, simply use stripes on your project.

For my sample card I have used one of our cute new Nutshells Sweet Treat Tash who comes with a mini candy cane stamp.  I thought the idea of an easel card representing a present was a perfect idea using stripey dp for wrapping paper.

NUTTY CHALLENGE #11

I hope everyone has that Friday feeling today, these weekends seem to be coming faster and faster!
A week later than planned, we have a fab new challenge over at our Nutshells blog, with not one, but TWO prizes to choose and a stack of great inspiration from our lovely talented DT.

LOVED UP

Today we can reveal a new digi set to be released on Friday over at nutcrafters.com 'Loved Up'.

The set features two of our super cute Nutshells, Sentiments and Accessories. Although created with Valentines day and Love in mind, I think this set works well for all sorts of occasions such as birthdays, get well wishes or even a friendly hello!

FRESH START

Since this is our first post of 2010 (a little late I know), 'Happy New Year'.

Now that we are past the mad crazy dashing about the last few weeks has brought us, its time for a little rest and relaxation.

I think 'Me Time Anya' from The Greeting Farm sums this up beautifully, after all, what better way to relax than in a nice hot bath with a few scented candles and plenty of luxurious bubbles!

While it may still be cold and snowy outside (we had more snow than I have ever seen here in Manchester), we hope you all are staying cozy and warm and are ready for a stamping fun 2010, starting this week with some sneaky peaks and a chance to win some of our new releases soon to be hitting our shelves!
