Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 53 and place to canvas
Using magik wand click inside all frames
Selections modify expand by 7
Add paper of choice as new layer
Selectons invert - delete
Open 3 tubes of same artist
Place 2 tubes to outer frames
Apply Xero Radiance filter to tubes
Change blend mode to Overlay
Place tube to center and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:
