Beautiful scrap kit from Anorie called Love Is in the Air
Kit was purchased from her store HERE
Kit includes tube from Julia Fox but I went another way
Mask 001 (bottom mask) from Vivienne's Digital Tagging HERE
WA from Miam-Images. Look under love words HERE
Used sparkle I've had from several years
Don't forget your drop shadow after resizing
Resize elements to size your choice
You can use my tag as sample of papers/elements used
Create blank canvas 800x800
Open element 86, place in center
Open pp5 and paste in center
Place tube on your tag
Elements used listed, use any of your choice

I have been looking for this tag since January
Found the kit, started the tag then BOOM, went missing
Didn't write a complete tutorial but you can use
my tag as an example

Texture Pattern used for mask background HERE
Can't remember mask used, thought it was noted

Writing elements used rather than the numbers
Heart Envelope
Red and Pink Flowers
True Love Banner
4th Single Frame (duplicated and mirrored)
4 Clusters (used one 2x but can't remember the one)
Open canvas 800x800
Place clusters where desired
Place other single elements on tag
Place tube to left of tag OR where you choose
Use my tag as an example
Open textured pattern, resize of choice
Apply mask of choice
Don't forget to credit the artist!!!!!!!
I save a layered psp tag for future use
Merge layers as PNG and add names
