Tube can be purchased at PFD HERE
PTU Kit by Elli's Creations called Behind the Mirrow
Kit can be purchased at PFD HERE
Masks #19&20 by Denz Designz HERE
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 26, resize and place to left of canvas
Open element 36 and place to right of canvas
Place tubes to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

Merge layers and add mask
