Thank You

Hello and happy Wednesday, its so cold outside and I don't feel like doing what I need to do!  Today I am doing a quick driveby afternoon share, I made this card for one of the challenges for an online crop hosted on FB by Sketch N Scrap.  I used papers and flowers from a prize package that I won so I am not sure of the company or the name of the paper pad.  I cut the sentiment using the Sizzix Celebrate Thinlit dies, the tag is one that had been previously cut so I just covered it with more paper.  Some twine and dimensional tape for the tag and this card was done!  I'm sharing this card for challenge #349 -  thank you challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas.  Take care and have a wonderful Wednesday!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas, I hope you are enjoying time with family and friends.  I am sitting here having some downtime and decided to share.  I am feeling so blessed as I had a surprise visit from my son which is just what I needed.  Today I am sharing my holiday wreath, it is actually a redo of one that I has previously done.  I decided to remove the lights and add the acorns and silver berries.  I am sharing this for challenge #434, which is their annual Anything Goes Challenge over at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you will return soon.

Happy Birthday Danita

Hello and happy Friday, let the weekend begin!  Today's card is one that I created for another one of my  crafting BFFs, you can see her wonderful projects on her blog  Danita's Designs.  Another one of my signature simple cards,  it has gone postal and I hope it makes it to her today!  I am also happy to report that I used my Spellbinders cupcake die for the first time, it had 't been in my stash as long as the tree die!   I used paper from the My Minds Eye Paris & Co 6x6 paper pad, Recollections glittered and foil paper, an unbranded stamp for the sentiment and a border punch and this card was done.  Take care and let the weekend fun begin!

The forecast calls for the possibility of rain within the next few days.  Today I am sharing another holiday card using skerch inspiration from  Stick it Down. The tree die is one that I purchased last year from TM but never used it, the  wall embossing folder is one of my favorite folders, the gifts were cut with my Cricut and the sentiment is from a Fun Stampers Journey set gifted to me by one of my BFFs Felisa.  I am also sharinng this card for the Anything Goes Challenge #26 over at  Cardz TV.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you will return soon.

Holiday Greetings

Hello and happy Wednesday,  just doing a quick driveby share as my goal is to get to work a little early today!  Today's holiday card uses paper from an old K&Company  designer mat pad by Elizabeth Brownd and I used the Joys of the Season Cricut cartridge for the ornament.  Can you tell that I heat embossed the sentiment?  I am sharing this card for Challenge #348 - Holiday over at  DIe Cuttin' Divas.  Wishing you and yours a wonderful Wednesday.

Hello Monday

It's Monday one week until Christmas and I'm still sharing holiday cards.  Warmer temps in the forecast for today so I think I'll leave work a few hours early.  On today's card, I used a window die cut that I colored with some distress ink, I cut the tree and snowflakes from the Joys of the Season and Christmas Cheer Cricut cartridges.   I added some stickles to the tree and used glittered card stock for the snowflakes.  I'm sharing this card for the snowflake card challenge over at Soul Scrappers.  Take care and have a marvelous Monday!

Sunday Musings

Hello and happy Sunday, I meant to post yesterday but as time would have it I didn't.  I was busy all day doing nothing, now I must  busy myself doing things  today that I should have done yesterday so I can be ready for work tomorrow!  I am almost done with my holiday cards so they will be going postal tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest.  Today I am sharing a card that I created for the FB card angel group for a sick child that loves trains.  I used misc paper scraps from my stash, my SLICE for the train, a punch for the stars added a sentiment and the card was done!  Sharing it for the Anything Goes Challenge #25 over at Cardz TV.  Thank you for your visit, hope you have a wonderful week.

Celebrate the Season

Hello Monday, it's cold outside so that means limited outside time.  This is the last full week of school for my daughter which means the start of winter break but we still have lots to do.  Today's card was created using sketch inspiration from sketch #111 from Sketch N Scrap, paper from the Recollections Sugar Plum 6x6 paper pad, EK Success border punch and a Hero Arts stamp for the sentiment.  I really need to try to finish my cards this week so I can get them in the mail this weekend. I'm also sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #25 over at Cardz TV.  Wishing you and yours a wonderful week.
