Sizzix in Creativa Madrid

Hi everybody! Elena here. 

The past week was the Creativa craft fair in Madrid and I was there teaching some workshops for Carrotcake Scrap and Friends and demoing the Big Shot Plus for Manos Maravillosas.

Today I want to show you the dies I used in some of my projects, that everybody loved.

In my Hello Life Project I used the Big Shot Plus Starter Kit, the Friendship Words by Tim Holtz and the Block Talk XL Bigz Die.

 In my Technique Workshop I used thearts, the Big Butterfly punch by Tim Holtz and the Word Play Alphabet Die.

And here I am demoing the Big Shot Plus Starter Kit in Manos Maravillosas' Stand.

It was a lot of fun teaching and demoing Sizzix Products in Creativa Madrid. Next Stop Creativa Barcelona in two weeks. I hope to see you there!

Esta pasada semana estuve en Madrid en la feria Creativa dando algunos talleres para Carrotcake Scrap & Friends y haciendo demos en el stand de Manos Maravillosas. Aquí os dejo algunos de los trabajos que estuve enseñando utilizando los estupendos troqueles y Big Shot Plus de Sizzix. En la última foto me podéis ver demostrando en el Stand de Manos Maravillosas.

En un par de semanas nos vemos en Creativa Barcelona!

Sizzix At The Handmade Fair

Last Sunday I took a trip to Hampton Court Palace to experience The Handmade Fair. It is a huge fair filled with craft workshops, talks, demos, shopping and food. I went to visit the Sizzix team at their stand to say hello and take some photos.

I thought I'd share them with you today!

The decorations inside the tent were really pretty!

Lots of people were learning to use a die cutting machine for the first time.

The project was to make this decorative match box - one I'll be trying out very soon too!

It was really great to see so many people enjoying the Big Shot Plus machine! I hope you enjoyed my photos today and I'll be back next week - maybe with a little Christmas project!

Visiting Creativa Madrid Fair

Hi everyone!It looks like everybody is enjoying good weather in autumn, great! Here in Madrid it´s sunny and hot again, yippie! So, it was fantastic to go to Creativa Fair in the capital too with good weather. I imagine you read the post Elena Roche did  last Monday ,as usually she does, telling her great weekend spent in Creativa Madrid.

This time my post won´t be about a new project but about the fair.
If you have had the opportunity to visit a craft fair some time you will know how exciting it is.

The best thing for me is meeting my old and loved friends, even if it is a lot of time you haven´t see them.

But another great thing is finding new " goodies " for  next projects and of course know  new friends.

So , I took the opportunity to meet some of   Sizzix´s people doing workshop or demos.
