Gingersnaps Creations want to see entries using packing and packaging. My DT piece has been made using an Amazon package and I must say I have enjoyed playing to get my "Curio Boutique". To keep in with the monthly "from the mall" theme my scene represents a boutique window. Well at least that's what I hope it does lol :)
I have used a selection of acrylic paints and stamps. The brick and the window frame are from a Woodware set. The figure is "Gibby" from Stampotique and she too has been coloured with acrylic paints that have been watered down.

My small "curio" items have been stamped using an old set of "See D's" - I think they are just perfect for the window display. I love shops like this - full of knick knacks!
I like the texture where I have ripped some of the surfacing off to show the "corrugated" cardboard underneath. My sign has been hand written and attached with thin wire.
I hope you can pop along to the Gingersnaps blog - there is some very different artwork there from the other DT members and the challenge is being sponsored this month - so there is a prize.
I am entering this strange piece into the following challenge - I accept it wont be everyone's cup of tea though so am entering it into:-
Thank you for stopping by - as always it is appreciated!

fabulous... as usual!
Sue :)
Suzanne this is absolutely stunning and so very inventive.
It also gave me a really spooky moment as you won't believe it but I just saved some Amazon packaging to use in a similar way cos I liked the curved bit at the top!
Hugs, Fliss xx
Love this card and a lot of work went into it

Very clever and imaginative - Jacqueline xx.
Absolutely stunning, Suzanne! Love it!
Wow, this is stunning!!
Not cheeky at all Suzanne, happy to help.
The leaves on the Wedgwood is a Martha Stewart punch, the ones on the two swan cards are both from the same Spellbinder set which has about five different ones in the set.
A wondferul creation on this post, really clever work and thanks for your kind comments.
