New Baby Boy
Hello and happy Thursday!
One friend of mine just had her first baby boy and as I had to rush to know him, I made a fast/lazy card:
The image is a precolored one that I found after googleing "baby boy" and thought I can be lazy and not coloring today.
I made a one layer card, so I printed on the card blanc. The I added with foam tape the sentiment (Netty's cards) with a small bow (skyblue ribbon) and then I made a big bow using blue gingham ribbon.
Challenges:
A Gem of a Challenge : One for the Boys

LEJ Designs: Anything Goes
Party Time Tuesdays : Anything Goes
Created With Love Challenges: Anything Goes

Hello! I wish you a great day!!!
Today I want to show you a card I made for this Inspiration Tuesday at SKdigis:
I used the image Bunny Love and colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I chose brown-pink color combo. I cut out the image and placed it on a double circle mat (pink/white).
I used some brown cardstock for the background and a paisley embossing folder and paisley My Mind Eyes dp plus some pink cardstock to mat the pieces.
I punched out some hearts in pink cardstock to embellish it with two different punches. I also used a gingham pink ribbon and made a bow.
I hope you like the card and join us this week.

Make your own background at Digi Makeover
Hello and happy Monday!
I hope you had a great weekend and are starting the new week with joy and peace.
Today I would like to show you a new card I made for our new challenge at Digi Makeover:
The challenge is: MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND. Remember to use a digi to participate in our challenge.
I used Jamie the baby fairy, printed two times (mirror) and cut it out (and cut the wings too), I wanted a couple of babies for a friend who just delivered beautiful girl twins!!!!! I colored them with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils and used some glitter glue for the shakers, the shoes and a little bit more here and there. I used pink and lilac/purple colors for them.
To make my own background was a real challenge for me. I made many and only used two of them. The one where the images are is a aqua-green cardstock and with an old toothbrush and some acrylic paintings I made spots in different tones of pink, lilac and purple. For the second background I used a stamp (Marianne's) and with pink, lilac ad purple ink pads I stamped many times in a white cardstock. For the lilac cardstock I just used Flowers embossing folder (Sizzix). I also used pink cardstock to mat every piece in the card.
The embellishment is a gingham lilac ribbon and a bow made with it. The sentiment is by Create with TLC.
I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Sketch Saturday: #275
Crafty Ribbons: anything goes w/ribbons
Creative corner: child's play
Wags 'n Whiskers: ribbons and bows
Jellypark: all about the kids
Kitty Bee Designs: babies
Word Play Saturday: childhood
Lia Stampz: for baby
OSATT: use a digi
Glitter and Sparkle: add a bow
EDITED: this card was featured on Create with TLC.

Hello everybody and happy Card Making day!!!!!!!
It was so hard to find the time today.... but I couldn´t go to sleep without making at least one card, and I made two!!!! This one is my second one:
The image is Nellie (Forgotten Scraps) freebie a few days ago. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencisl and placed it on a purple mat.
I used purple cardstock and DCWV dp. The only embellishment I used is a ribbon with baby designs on it.
I hope you like my card :)
(I was trying to upload a pic with a close up of Nellie, but blogger keeps uploading it upside down !)
The sketch of this card is from Latina Crafter, today they had three sketches to play with and I used #2 for this card.

I am entering this card also to

New Baby
My second card for 2012... Although I didn´t make any crafty resolution, I'm happy to use my stash that I wasn't using until the begining of this year... Last Sunday I brought out of the boxes some new stamps that I have never inked up and later I colored. So this is my card for today.

I used a new stamp (I luv my blankie) I've got as a candy at The Pixie Cottage (with two more...) and think this is a sweet bear for a new born. I colored it with acurelable pencils and cut it out, place it on the circle heart-ed mat.

I used yellow-orangish dp, a striped one and a heart-ed one plus yellow cardstock. I also used yellow ribbon and a yellow heart button.

Challenges:
The Pixie Cottage: sketch and monochromatic
Simon Says: new something (new stamp and new baby)
Ladybug Crafts Ink TLT Challenge Anything Goes Using Your New Stash
Elke Kaart Een Feestje New Baby
Make it Monday: anything goes
Partytime Tuesdays - PTT #48 Anything Goes
Sassy Cheryl's #96 New Beginnings
Stamp-N-Doodle Anything goes
Top Tip Tuesday - #67 Anything Goes
Through the craftroom: monochromatic
The craft garden: monochrome
Card and scrap: baby
