New Tracey Coates Stamp

I've had my eye on this stamp plate for a couple of weeks after seeing some examples of it on The Stampman blog and I bought it at Port Sunny over the weekend. Its by Tracey Coats and is called Butterfly Beauties.
I'm entering this into the following challenges.

Stampin' for the weekend - Orange, Brown & Green

Stamp Something - Brown

Secret Crafter - Autumn

C.R.A.F.T - Autumn

The Pink Elephant - Fall

Flutterby Wednesday - Fairy or butterflies

Image was stamped and embossed using kaleidoscope embossing powder which changes colour from blues and greens through to reds and oranges the more you heat it giving a rainbow effect.
I then watercoloured the image with starburst stains in California poppy gold, Cocoa bean copper and Poinciana Flame red The skin was coloured in promarkers using Ivory, blush, vanilla and oatmeal.
The backing card and cuttlebug panels were made with a mix of cocoa bean copper and Cathedral pines green
The dressline is another stamp you get in Tracey's set which is fab!
Thanks for looking x

Spoonful of Sugar meets The Pink Elephant!

This one is for The spoonful of sugar challenge 60 which is a sketch by Debbie and The pink elephant which is to use the colours red, light and dark blue. I'm loving red at the moment too :D
I shall try and crop it a bit closer when I get chance, photobucket is not playing tonight!

Image is a sugar nellie gorjuss girl, flower girl which is firmly my favourite! She's coloured with copics (Face = E00, E02, E21; Hair = E00, E21, E33 and dabbed a bit of E29 onto the lighter shade just to highlight slightly; Dress = B21, B93, R29, R59; Tights = B21, B93)

The background red is starburst stains in poinsettia red gold swiped with brilliance red to make it redder. Dark blue paper is from DCWV rockstar stack and the light blue is starburst stains that has been mixed with alcohol blending solution onto glossy card (Yes you can do this!) and then cuttlebug embossed. The flowers are some I got from QVC a while back and save for best lol!

Triple Whammy :)

This card is for Copic Colour Challenge (Used one of the colours RV02) plus Stampin for the weekend (Create a card with a pocket or tag, it has both!) plus its also for a Buttons and Bows swap on Crafty Cardmaking (digital version) so got a 3 in one!

I've coloured the gorjuss girl in with copics using a blend of RV06, RV02 and RV21 for the dress and the tag is made with starburst stains in pinks and lilac and cuttlebug embossed.
