On Canson mixed media paper created my whirlpool lines and then wrote in various lettering styles using a Zig Writer or a Sharpie pen. Painted with various brands of watercolors and a gold Uniball gel pen.

The 2 images below were done on copy paper and using Posca colored pencils. I'm still not sure if any of these are my final pieces...
I created this piece while playing with the gals in my Stillman & Birn Nova Tria Mixed Media book (black section).
size: 6"w x 5.5"h
Designed my letters then inked them with a Uniball white gel pen. Colored with Black Edition colored pencils leaving a narrow black section around each letter. When done I had these empty areas which I filled with my odd shaped boxes. I decided to leave them blank rather than color them in.

On a Edge Mixed Media paper using Uniball gold gel pen to outline the letters (Mykolas Saulytis - 36 days of Type 2019). Coloring with Posca colored pencils and a Lyra Splendor Blender. Added a black line to create a 3D letter.

On Edge Mixed Media paper drew my weave design using various sizes of Pitt Artist Fine Liner pens. Colored the rocks using Posca colored pencils. Text outlined with a thin black Pitt pen and colored around the letters. Gold gel pen accents added.
