I can't seem to get the textures to load, by any chance could you share a blender file or help me learn how to load up the textures in blender?
Copy the textures into the Models folder then import the fbx into Blender.
it says it gives you an fbx, but all it gives me is a .rar file

I have a question, there is plenty of copyrighted stuff in there, such as real movie's as CD's/VHS in the shelfes, also logos and even a reference to puppet combo etc, I guess this is a problem for commercial use, right?
Possibly but you can change the textures
although those who have used it have had no problems
