Issue Description

Recently the user-facing support Doc for "Importing Content" (using Tools > Import in WP Admin) was redirected to https://wordpress.org/support/article/importing-content/

I'd love a discussion if this topic would be worth keeping in the main user-facing support docs as it is a reasonable expectation this is something end users will want to do.
