Hi,
I'm using @wordpress/eslint-plugin and I would like to update to eslint v9. The trouble is, to upgrade to eslint v9, you need to also update to typescript-eslint v8. And @wordpress/eslint-plugin currently relies not only on eslint 8 (which can be fixed by using @eslint/compat), but also on typescript-eslint v6.

Could the versions be bumped please? I imagine it won't be that easy, but the eslint ecosystem has been quite quick to move to the v9 (and the new flat config with that) and @wordpress/eslint-plugin is the only plugin blocking me by now.
