Late comment but the ability to freeze time while mid-air would be sick- I think it'd improve overall flow. Not sure if it was designed to not allow for that intentionally or not, but in any case, it'd be nice. 

Cool idea, I considered that but ultimately chose to not allow the player to freeze time in mid air to put more emphasis on the puzzle aspect of the game, instead of it being more reflex-based platforming.

Sorry for answering, although I am not the author of this game. Judging by the loading of the game at the beginning, it was made in Unity
