In the "mechanics" section, you talk about The Cost of Power. You state (and I agree) that power MUST come at a cost and give the example of "using magic and being tired"; however, you then comment that "losing memories from using magic is a story." In this context, does this mean you're discouraging it? I get the feeling it's an important point, but I don't understand where you're going with it.

It’s simply an example of cost, in this case when you cast a spell you are losing a memory. Not original neither… I took it from the Neverending Story as you might have guessed
