I'm a queer Brazilian game developer. I go by Meiri Games, but you can call me Mei. I have loved reading, writing, drawing and playing video games since I was a child.

Outside of game development, I am a psychologist and hope to work with children and teens in the future. 

I utilize my knowledge on human psychology to write relatable characters who go through struggles similar to you and me. 

A lot of what I write is inspired by real experiences, so game dev is therapeutic for me as well.  What inspires me the most is the feedback I get from players who feel seen and touched by my writing.

I'm proud to produce games with LGBT+ characters and stories. 99.9% of my characters are queer. Representation is extremely important to me as a writer and developer. I hope to continue creating more content about and for queer people.
