Minnesota Guide & File is a free online interview tool provided by the Minnesota Judicial Branch (MJB).  There are currently 9 question-and-answer interviews to help you fill out the MJB court forms needed:

• To start a Conciliation Court case;
• To start a Divorce case (for all divorce types);
• To start an Eviction case;
• To create an Eviction Answer;
• To file an Affidavit of Service in your Conciliation Court or Eviction case;
• To ask for a Harassment Restraining Order;
• To ask for an Order for Protection;
  
• To Request an Attorney - Juvenile Protection Case; and 
  
• To Request a Fee Waiver.

At the end of a Guide & File interview, most users have three options:

• File the forms electronically (eFile);
• Print the forms, then file the paper forms at a courthouse; or
• Print the forms, then file electronically through the eFS System.
