⚔️ These Four Walls ⚔️

In These Four Walls of the forsaken keep, you are a lone knight wanderer, with a soul bound to the echoes of what once was, and what may yet be. By casting forth your spirit into the morrow, you must shape your own salvation, walking paths both present and future.

Each wall holds puzzles woven of stone, embellished with sacred mechanisms of levers, switches and doors which yield only to those who can outwit time's cruel design. But ones future self can not exist alone! Reunite with your futures past so that the cycle be made whole once more.

KNOWN BUG - Unfortunately a bug crept into the final build before submission deadline closed, where if you fall off the platforms - instead of immediately re-spawning at the last safe area, its permadeath. Movement: WASD

Jump: Space

Run: Shift

Crouch: C

Crouch Roll: C + C

Aim Arrow: Hold Left-Click (Release to Fire)

Aim Future Self: Hold Right-Click (Present Self Only - Release to Fire)

Cancel Aim: Opposing Mouse Button

Switch Self: Q (Between Present and Future)

Recall Future Self: Hold Right-Click / Q (Resets Present to Future's spawn)

🏰 OBJECTIVE 🏰

Solve each level by exiting through the keep's corner towers, the doors of which are only open if you have already reunited with your future self intact.

Install instructions

PC: Download, unzip and run TeamTFW_TheseFourWalls.exe

Mac: Download, unzip and run TeamTFW_TheseFourWalls.app

macOS will complain that it could not verify the app was free from malware.
Click Done.
From the Apple menu, choose System Settings, then click Privacy & Security.
In Privacy & Security, scroll down near the bottom, and you will see a Security section with a section stating "TeamTFW_TheseFourWalls_v1.1a.app" was blocked.
Click Open Anyway, and it will ask you one more time if you want to open it.
Click Open Anyway, enter your password (or fingerprint), and it will finally allow the game to be opened.
