🎨 Why this exists

There are many RPG assets, but ready-to-use, classic-feeling sets that let you assemble a full lineup are rarer.
We focused on staples and usability. Drop this starter into your project to check the scale, palette, and feel as-is.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

πŸ›  How these sprites are made

These sprites are not one-click AI outputs.
I use generative AI only for rough ideation (poses/shapes), then redraw and polish by hand in Photoshop: anatomy fixes, palette tuning, jaggy cleanup pixel-by-pixel, and in-engine scale testing in RPG Maker.

Because this workflow mixes AI assistance with significant manual work, please do not use these files as AI training data.
