Grimcast is a dungeon crawler game with dice mechanics elements. You are a sacrificial offering to a dead god - the last hope to save the world. Basics of the Combat System

  1. First Stage: Rerolling Dice
    • Dice in the center can be rerolled.
    • To keep a cube, click on it — it will move to your character.
    • This stage is marked by the "Next phase" button.
  2. Second Stage: Choosing Targets
    • Attack: click the attack cube → select an enemy.
    • Defense/Spell: click the cube → select your character.
    • Thin lines show the direction of attacks.
    • This stage is marked by the "Execute" button.
  3. Third Stage: Exchanging Blows
    • Watch the results of your decisions unfold.
    • The "Execute" button will be grayed out.

  • WASD - Move
  • F - Interact
  • Mouse - Battle interactions

Увидел в xk дискорде, что хочешь совет по боёвке. Я бы смотрел в сторону игр dicey dungeon или dice & fold, тобишь добавил бы карточки скиллов, которые требуют определённого типа/значения дайса.

в дайсах есть два пути, 1. дайсы - абилки, 2. дайсы - ресурсы, мне больше нравится первый, но возможно да, имеет смысл сделать гибрид какой нибудь

Love the style of the game and the mechanics, I'd like a setting to speed up rolls and combat in general though. Keep up the good work! I hope to see a complete game one day ;)

Hey! Awesome game! There are so many fantastic elements in the design of this combat system. I love being able to customize the characters’ dice, there was a good amount of time between rolls and combat felt very smooth. My only issue is that the dice faces are a bit hard to understand. I think plain dice with different colors and simple symbols would be much better :D. Also, this game is gorgeous, the GUI for the combat could use a bit of a rework, but otherwise fantastic project!
