Unesroga is a puzzle game in the form of a point and click adventure with puzzles that follow the obscure puzzle design of exit games where you need to recognize all hints in the environment and make the right connections between them.

It is developed completely in vanilla Java 22. The only third party library in use is for reading music files in the OGG format.

What to expect:

- difficult and varying puzzles
- backtracking
- a quirky design that's rough around the edges

What not to expect:

- handholding
- AAA visuals
- a story

Who is this for?

For people who like to solve puzzles and not use the hint system (that does not exit here) after 5 minutes of thinking. People who like running in circles until they recognize something new (like I did in Animal Well ^^).
It's probably great to play in a group or as a streamer together with the chat.

Credits: 

The pixel "art" of the scenes is done by myself, so beware of coder's art. I also did the coding and overall game design.

The music was done by Abstraction (Homepage, itch.io page)

Some additional pictures are done using AI. AI has also been used to generate texts for the books that you find in the beginning of the game.
