House plots and optimizations

Feb 1

Houses now come with plots, currently if big enough a chicken coop and outhouse may be constructed. This is currently automatic but will be changed to be manual and offer more options such as crop patch, other animals such as pig, goat.
Chickens will slowly appear at chicken coops and provide eggs throughout the day.
If Nanite is enabled or disabled rules have been changed due to nanite causing large overhead for most GPUs, this can provide large fps boost for most players. Nanite will only enable with epic trees enabled.
Optimized through a few other settings and texture optimizations.
Removed unused rendering usage.
Fixed sewing hut resource collection issue.
Fixed house storage hover names.
Fixed house plot sizing issue being different to the final building size.

Next task will be redoing fighting.
