The developer last replied to any post in early 2024, and even before that we were waiting for a long time for any sort of update. It's in the dumps now, presumably.

This game seems more polished, easier to understand, and has better systems. First off the gore is SO much better, it feels way more realistic, second the human models are better and more realistic, third is that the active ragdoll system is so much better.
