Space Choice is by no means refined or polished and it sure has a lot of ideas that are only half fleshed out. But if the idea is interesting people and if it works, we can try to reinvest time into it. I beat level 1 on easy, normal, and hard mode. I still haven't received an achievement for beating level 1.

I am guessing that it probably means that it decreases the damage going specifically to the hull from the base value of the damage. Which would mean that it is extremely good against low damage instance but high fire rate weapons.* How good is it? It's effectively impossible to figure out on my own. The enemy gets to field spawns twice as fast as you on normal so they spam back line large ships along with a constant stream of fighters and then your defenders start dying as soon as you spawn them reeeee this game sucks now
