i cant launch the game it instantly crashes

Once the game is launched, the joysticks of the vive indexes do not work. Unable to move. Anyone have the same bug?

Still crashing on my occulus even after following the steps provided :/

Anyone else having issues with index controllers, the hands appear above the tip of the controller and are also rotated -90 degrees.
