I used to play this as a kid and installed it now, but it seems to be missing the last hidden level. Was it removed from the game?

As the title says. Why did it take SO LONG for this game to release when it seems like nothing has changed. When I get the time I'll do a hashcheck of the original files with the Steam release just to confirm if everything is identical. You can not select higher resolutions, the 13th DLC level is not present. Absolutely nothing was changed. The old Community Update and the old Level 13 DLC patch still work with this release.
