Death of boredom
Probably most of the time you watch death scenes, loading screens and intros of chapters that you have to start all over again. You cannot skip those scenes totally, only shorten them a bit. Such a "gameplay" is not scary, but repetitive.
Okay, it's obviously a very low budget production, but still: Did the developer forget any design mistake that can ruin a game?
