This update was mainly for the mobile version, so only a few changes for the PC version in this one.

• Fixed errors resulting from flag drawing

• Fixed errors resulting from spawning nations while in Economy Map Mode

• Fixed errors from renaming alliances

• Changed the requirement for being "broke" during a war from having less than 50 gold to now less than 20. Also, the war needs to have lasted at least 3 seconds. Nations no longer end war immediately for seemingly no reason.
