achievements are not popping up? Should I return the game now while I still have time?

There is a bug that occasionally happens that ruins long fights. When you go to use a card, and it can be any card that brings up red area/distance squares on any character, if you attempt to back out and use a different card, or even sometimes when you just select it, the card will stay up on screen and not go back to the hand. This then prevents using any card, including the one selected, or any other characters. I can find no way around it and it has basically locked me out of completing the fight with ...

Hello, I woke up this morning and my progress has reset. Had to start a new game completely, finish tutorial and my character is at level 0 :( Help :(
