The Here Comes The Swarm Closed Playtest is wrapping up on December 14th, and we want to give everyone a quick reminder before it ends!

If you’ve been accepted into the playtest and received a key, now is the perfect time to jump in and try out the current build. Every bit of feedback helps us refine the experience and prepare for future updates.

As things stand it is an excellent game with real 'they are billions' vibe. really nicely put together and i look forward to the final release. There are a few issues, as there always are this early on, this is my advice. 1. Redo your shortcuts and remove 90% of them. You need WASD and arrows to move camera, Q,E to rotate, Space to pause/resume. If you are unwilling to do that, give people a button which "un-maps all keybindings" i do NOT need a shortcut key for every single structure and action. and if...

Bugs?

This is a really enjoyable game. A couple of things... In expert mode, around 35 minute mark, lumber production slows down to a crawl and the white progress meter stops working. Also, the huts stop ascending on their own. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed these issues. Ok, so I played again and found the slow down is immediately after you have five lumber mills. Five and lumber production slows down and white meter stops moving. Go back to four mills, everything returns to normal. I guess I di...

A point on HP.

Most buildings have less HP than knights, it's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying losing structures because they seem to be built out of cardboard. The barracks have less HP than the storage and it's not been taken into account that larger buildings take more damage due to more enemies being able to target them, so even if something is getting attacked, the large fortified structures go down as fast, or faster than most houses if the hoard breaches....
