I encountered a bug while playing last night, but I'm not sure exactly which items caused it. I was playing as the bomb character, I had almost every possible item and about 600HP, and when I was in a Rest Room I tried the "1 shot challenge" to earn another item. I pocketed the ball, and my hp went down again and again until I had only 5 HP left.
