Trauma and psychological themes are central to this game. Many of us experience moments when emotions feel overwhelming, especially 'negative' ones such as anger, guilt, or sadness. We struggle to understand where these feelings come from and how to cope with them. Through this game, I hope players can gain a deeper understanding of their emotions (or others) and recognize the origins of some of these emotional responses.

We often call emotions like anger, fear, guilt or sadness 'negative' because they feel unpleasant and uncomfortable. But these emotions serve important functions, they act as signals or warnings from our mind.

They exist to warn us, protect us and draw attention to unmet needs or hidden wounds. By experiencing and understanding these emotions within the game, players can begin to see them not as weaknesses, but as important guides that help us survive, adapt and grow.
