Whenever i try to play the game, it opens 2 cmd consoles and the "Downloading AI model" thing and 4-5 seconds later, it shuts down without an error or anything.

If I choose Chinese as the language, no one is coming even after the whole day. But it's normal, when I choose English. Does anyone know how to fix it?

On the very first day, the game shows the message ''the next person is coming, pls wait...', no no suspect ever appears. The timer eventually runs out, but there is no button to end the shift or go home. The screen just stays stuck in the interrogation room....

При запуску гри відкриває 2 вікна (system32 windows cmd та steamapps resources ollama.exe), понвістю чорний та білий екран, якщо закрити ці вікна, то , потім в грі на екрані фраза "очікування денного звіту" і все. Нічого не натискається. У мене комп"ютер підходить по вимогам до гри. Що робити? Ви випра...

After selecting New Game the screen hangs with "Waiting Daily Report". The only icon that responds to is the Daily Report button -but that only shows a map. My laptop meets all requirements (although 8GB ram)
