Cleaning?

I guess all others in the discussions got through cleaning since they are dealing with customers. I'm now at level 5 because I hit E for the cleaner, and hit R for the chemical, it sprays on the graffiti then I'm wiping it and it's not coming off. So I go to the mirror and wipe, nothing. Toilets, nothing. How exactly can you clean everything?...

Money problems and soap

Are we supposed to collect the money from the customers somehow? I don't seem to be making any money except for what's ending up on the tip plate. Soap. I think the customers use WAY too much of it. That is by far my biggest expense, greatly outpacing the use of toilet paper and trash bags. I'm currently broke due to both of these issues.
