Analog sticks = instant purchase

Could never get used to the track pads. Could never get the precision down on 3rd person type of games. This was a much needed change.

Using the controller without steam.

If someone can find an official answer on this, I would greatly like to know. The marketing for the new controller says it works with any device that runs steam, but I want to know if it can be used as an xinput or dinput controller without steam.
