This game has no tangible merits for a normal gamer - just a straight-old shooter of Battlefield 1942 formula with poor graphics, but highly moddable. So if you ain't no crazy modder by trade & want to participate in a forever developing project - stay way clear! ...until it costs 10 pennies maybe...

The best single player game I have on steam. Its all that I like about massive scale multiplayer, but without the skill gap coming into play. That means, I can fight amongst 200 bots vs 200 bots and not die all the time, or just roll them. And to boot, the mods are impressive! In my must use mutator (game modifiers) mods, there is close to 20 of them, and thats before I even get any weapon mods! There are slightly tweaked guns, ww2 and other historical era guns, there are all melee mods, sci fi mods, people even make mods entirely centered around some of the weakest weapons you'll ever see. And I am only 42 hours in, and can't yet fly a plane in game because I am trash.
