when i play this game i just float above the ground. i dont see a title screen just floating above the game. if anyone can help me please tell me

with my quest 2 the game doesn't really seem to work, the hands don't track, and the view is like above where it should be or something. I've even tried pressing the button to reset view, and the force reset button on the keyboard, and even changing the binding for what I assume was the reset view button in vr, but it still doesn't work.
