Trying to figure out the password for the Distance program

When I wrote the code "PARANORMAL" and click on the OK button. The button turns black and nothing happen. I try to restart the game or delete the game and redownlad it but nothing change so I don't know what to do? If someone can tell me what's wrong it would be cool....

Whenever I start the game it stays on the loading screen. After a few seconds I can hear some sound but that's it. I tried to re-install the game without results. Anyone got any suggestion?
