How does one add voices to a call?

When disaster strikes, your goal is to save lives.

Alright so I have been plying this game on my laptop and want to start playing on my desktop, I just cant get the save game file onto the desktop.
I tried transfering the
C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\JutsuGames
and
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\911 Operator files over, the city's are unlocked but everything else is gone

OrangeUnited45 Go to the "call" tab the hit add to workshop. After it says "uploaded to workshop" you may want to exit your game. To check if it made it to the workshop, you might want to search for it in the workshop.
