Alex, Kevin, Tyler, Ryan(Sometimes Lemons), or AKTR/AKTL(Pronounced Actor or Actual) is a group of four friends who wish to do things a bit differently in Arma 3

Newcomers will be grouped into teams of 4 (Friends get priority) and nominate a leader for said group.
Plans are for 6 groups of four, not including our own, each double group headed by a member of aktr, or if they prove unable to handle it, a nominated member.
I will be in general command, however I will mainly suggest movements, it is up to the three double group leaders to decide on an ultimate plan of action, hopefully minimizing mistakes made.

Groups 1 and 2, headed by Ryan/Lemons and Tyler will have infantry and armor roles, depending upon the situation and Group 3 is Helicopter/CAS.

The basic setup for an infantry group is:
Medic/Rifleman(One Person with both roles)
AT
Marksman/Radio Operator
Engineer/MG Gunner (Situation Dependent)

Our Armor Groups use whatever tank they are most comfortable with, with a preference on NATO vehicles, they may be limited to certain vehicles depending on mission setups.

Requirements for recruitment are really only maturity and the ability to be serious when needed.
Due to the fact that this group prizes individuality, Squad Leaders are encouraged to help plan operations, and to take their squad member's feedback into account, rather than just having everyone's orders be absolute.
Following orders is still expected, if a higher up tells you to do something, do it, we just appreciate feedback during the planning of moves. In combat, you should be listening to your leader, and only offering feedback if their strategy has a high possibility to go horribly horribly wrong.

Colonel - Current Acting Leader of the Company
Captain - Double Squad Leader
Sergeant - Squad Leader
Cpl/Private - Squad Member
