brettster2002 as you're in the US timezone this may have been way. We seriously lack on people within the US timezone willing to be staff.

I find the server to lack on Quailty of Staff , otherwise the servers are good . I waited almost 4 hours for a staff member in the lowest teir of waiting for staff room .
