We're a discord based community we got a variety of activities in our main discord group that include events, giveaways, game nights and general interaction between people in different text channels and themed events that come and go.

As for why we made this steam group, it facilitates something we do on the discord server called ''Game night'' giving us the opportunity to (if we feel like it) use the announcements and scheduling that comes with making this group, it's also a way to branch out as well so take it for what you will.

Also we communicate in the gaming text channel we have on the discord server about a lot of things, that's where gaming related things will be discussed more often than anywhere else, you'll notice for game night we won't always just play steam games, sometimes we play games like skribbl.io etc.
